Most of the time, as Human Resources professionals, we tend to look at organizational challenges and needs, and focus on what’s important to the people working within. We think in terms of how we can bring our skills to bear to address business needs, (as we should). We look at compensation; hiring; training; organization design; performance; and other people-related needs, but through the lens of business. Less often do I see shown, statistics on the people who carry out these functions, and on what’s happening within our community.
So…this month’s thoughts are focused on us. I have taken a look at a couple of sites that source and post open HR roles, to get a sense as to what Human Resources positions are out there, and where are the pressing needs within companies, for .....
