CONVERSING ABOUT CHARACTER: TAKING A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO LEADERSHIP

TIME:7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
MEMBERSHIP AREA: Calgary

Oftentimes, when things go wrong in an organization (think, 2008 financial crisis) it is rarely an issue of competency but rather a deficiency in character. While competencies are important, character is critical to elevate competence in achieving sustained excellence. Drawing on extensive research involving over 2,500 global business leaders, this ‘leader character’ workshop is designed to shed light on the mystery of leader character; what is it, why is it important, can we measure it, how can we develop it? The goal is to demonstrate how one can begin to make better judgment through a character approach and have participants walk away with the sense that they have the tools and capacity to develop character in themselves, others, and their organization.

WHAT DO CULTURE DYNAMICS HAVE TO DO WITH BUSINESS METRICS?
February 12, 2019
Toronto
DATE:February 12, 2019
TIME:7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
MEMBERSHIP AREA: Toronto
VENUE: The Albany Club or webcast to your home/office
DESCRIPTION:
