DESCRIPTION:

The recruitment, retention and advancement of women are key initiatives

for many organizations. Yet most are not happy with the speed or progress they

have made. Where do we start? How do we make movement quicker? Do we need a

separate approach to developing female leaders? These are the questions

organizations are struggling with.

Based on research that surveyed senior HR and diversity leaders, this

session explores how leading organizations have cracked the formula to make

real progress. In this session, you’ll learn:

  • How organizations miss the mark when it comes to making progress on

    their gender diversity agenda

  • What development efforts are most effective in advancing women
  • The differentiating behaviors of people leaders who shape culture and

    champion the advancement of women

  • The table stakes practices and policies that every organization should

    have

  • A way to assess the strength and gaps of your own

    organization
