Why are we all so fired up about collective action and collaboration?

Why are top-notch researchers at places like MIT, Google, and Harvard investing

their research efforts here? It’s because the old way of organizing no longer

serves us. None of our clients are arguing that we need new approaches that

enable continuous evolution, innovation, and engagement. The question they ask

for help with is: how?

This 90 minute session is a way to experience a taste of HOW with your

team, colleagues, or with your clients. You'll leave with:

  • A tested framework based on our own research and practice
  • Fresh insight into the drivers of radically collaborative organizations
  • Shared experience of what this looks like (and feels like) in action
  • Practical connections to your day-to-day world (with pragmatic tools to

    take away and build on)

  • New awareness of how our SCN colleagues are building collaborative

muscle in their own corners of the world

Once a learning junkie, always a learning junkie: Karen serves as faculty at The Banff Centre, University of Calgary Haskayne School of Business, and Royal Roads University. She is a certified executive coach, holds a Master of Arts in leadership, and a PhD in organizational development from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
