May 14: Don’t wait to think about your next CEO

Just one third of senior leaders and executives are satisfied with their company’s succession management programs, according to a recent study by Korn Ferry, our sponsor for next week’s event. Less than one quarter believe they have a solid pipeline of “ready now” candidates.

Yet, their findings indicate that a majority end up going outside more often than they would like to obtain the talent they need.
