At the same time the practices and tools available to HR have exploded as new HR technologies and methodologies are being adopted.

Data was gathered from over 800 business leaders and HR professionals to explore the forces and practices that are shaping HR over the coming year, and even decade, and how this data can be used to inform the HR strategic plan.
