Interac: A Case-Study for Diagnosing & Designing a High-Performance Organizational Culture

  Tuesday, October 20, 2020  8:00 am - 9:30 am  WEBCAST

In 2018, Interac partnered with Hazell & Collins Associates to diagnose, design, and align with the high-performance culture required to deliver on its evolving and transformational business objectives.

In this session, we will explore an approach to measuring organizational culture that provides an accurate picture of the current organizational culture, the areas where value is being lost due to friction, distraction, or frustration, and what’s required to tap into the full potential of the people and achieve organization-wide high performance.

With real-client examples, Jennifer Collins will share practical strategies to enable whole-system change and achieve meaningful results.

Caroline Stephens, Interac's CHRO, will join Jennifer to speak to Interac's own culture and leadership initiative, discuss the key role of the executive in leading transformation, and outline how they continue to evolve their high-performance culture.

Jennifer and Caroline will field questions related to the audience's unique business context and offer real-world examples of how Interac navigated similar challenges and opportunities.
