About This Session
Empathy is the cornerstone of effective teamwork, and is particularly important when teams collaborate online. While there are many technologies that allow remote teams to communicate and share information, the quality of any online collaboration ultimately depends on how well people understand each other. With this in mind, this online session is all about how we connect as people.

Ryan Burwell
Ryan is an award-winning educator, instructional designer and professional speaker who has spent the last 15 years crafting innovative educational experiences for students and teachers. Straddling the worlds of education and entrepreneurship, he is the Director of Training and Facilitation for acclaimed social enterprise Twenty One Toys and the founder Scale Educational Design, a consultancy that helps organizations weave innovation into their educational offerings.

Members of the Strategic Capability Network may attend this event at no cost, we just ask that you register. Members may bring a guest free of charge.
Non-Members are charged a fee of $30.00 + GST per registration. Should the non-member or guest subsequently decide to join, the non-member registration fee can be deducted from the membership dues.
