What does the data from more than 100 million hiring assessments and interviews tell us about the future of the workforce? In this event, we dive deep with Eric Sydell,  Executive Vice President of Innovation at Modern Hire,  to answer that question.

Leveraging Modern Hire’s vast data and decades of selection science experience, Eric will also address urgent questions modern workplace leders are grappling with each day:

  • How can we predict candidate on-the-job success  during the application process?
  • How do we build the best possible teams understand if a candidate will be a good fit on that team?
  • Which roles are growing in demand, and which are declining in need?
  • Which positions will be most in-demand in 5, 10 and even 20 years – and which will be effectively eliminated?

Eric will address how AI in HR helps leaders be empathtic and eliminate bias and discrimination in hiring. He will discuss why the key to leveraging AI successfully in hiring hinges on transparency, a human-first approach to implementation, and a hyper-focus on the candidate’s experience. Eric will outline how AI will be crucial in eliminating not only protected class biases but normal human cognitive biases, a key hurdle hiring teams are currently grappling with.
