Organizational Culture is often a stressful topic for today's leadership agenda. However, over the past 3 years, two culture transformation experts have been measurably advancing the field through the help of artificial intelligence. Mike and Israel are co-founders of CRATIC.ai, an ai-mediated culture transformation service, which has dramatically shifted the discussion around what is possible for enterprise culture. Their insights, from leading 8 culture transformation programs during the COVID-19 pandemic, are summarized in this talk: 5 Myths about Culture. Mike and Israel met while working on a large business transformation program in 2015. Israel is a Notre Dame MBA grad, strategy consultant, and business transformation expert. Mike is a Haskayne MBA grad, serial entrepreneur, and tech innovation leader. Over the past three years, they co-built a software solution, which allows teams to quickly revise their working norms, through an Ai-mediated culture change process. This work became center-stage during the COVID-19 pandemic, as many businesses struggled with employee moral and engagement. During the pandemic, Mike and Israel led 8 culture transformation programs, and gained a fresh perspective on what it takes to transform organizational culture quickly, measurably, and safely.
