The state of wellbeing at work is at a tipping point:

  • The dominant business model to-date has often resulted in practices that treat employees as expendable resources, rather than recognize them as the innate structure of the organization.

  • Younger generations entering the workforce have different expectations of work, family, and life.

  • Organizations and employees are increasingly experiencing misalignment of purpose.

In this session, Jennifer Collins, CEO of Radiant, will share data-driven insights that point to specific levers an organization can pull – culture, leadership and team, and job characteristics – that are directly linked to the employee experience and to wellbeing. Takeaways will focus on addressing acute issues as well as evolving the organization’s focus on wellbeing over time.
