Peer Forums
SCNetwork’s curated Peer Forums are unique, self-directed peer-to-peer spaces for leaders in human capital.
In small groups, members learn, collaborate, and build supportive relationships to improve their capability and well-being, and that of their organizations.
SCNetwork is the only organization in Canada that provides self-directed, peer-to-peer communities for executive-level HR.

What Peer Forum is Right for you?
Imagine being able to confer with fellow CHROs who have the experience to help you solve your challenges and grow your capability. That’s what SCNetwork’s CHRO Peer Forums do!
SCNetwork’s CHRO Peer Forums are small groups of top HR executives from a cross-section of sectors and industries, who meet regularly to learn, collaborate and inspire each other in safe, confidential spaces for sharing and discussion.
The CHRO Peer Forum is for:
- individuals who hold the top HR position in large organizations and are willing to share their experiences and expertise to help others.
- while not all members hold the CHRO or CPO title, they share similar responsibilities and report directly to the CEO or the head of a business unit.
- members typically work in large organizations, collaborate with Boards, and are accountable for aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
- members of a CHRO Peer Forum are considered true peers
