Reporting to the Vice President, People and CHRO, this role is accountable for the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of Organizational Development, Learning and Leadership Development, Employee Experience, Occupational Health & Safety, Workplace Wellbeing, and Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB).
