Emma is a progressive, strategic and global HR Executive with over twenty years of experience spanning the full range of HR disciplines. Through her career she has also been the HR lead of multiple organizational transformation
efforts including M&A activity, restructuring, and expansion.

Emma joined Questrade as Chief People Officer in February 2017 and since then her and her team have helped fuel, support and adapt to the organization’s tremendous growth. During her time at Questrade, the organization has had
the privilege of being twice named one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures and recognized for three consecutive years as one of the GTA’s Top Employers.

Nicola is Chief People Officer at DentalCorp, overseeing the company’s overall human resources strategy, including the attraction, retention and development of top talent across our Practice and Support Centre teams. She
also leads the Human Resources, Talent and Training & Development teams.

Nicola is a proven business leader with experience in high growth and large scale businesses across financial services and media sectors, including organization development, HR consulting, people strategy, talent acquisition, systems
implementation and analytics. She holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.

Cheryl is the Chief People Officer for BlueCat where she is responsible for the overall people strategy focusing on attracting, retaining, and inspiring top talent. Cheryl is passionate about creating a culture of employee success
where employees feel recognized and valued for the contributions they make.

With over 20 years of experience in global Human Resources, Cheryl is a seasoned HR Executive who began her career as a recruiter focused on discovering exceptional talent. She then moved into several HR Leadership roles as the initial
HR resource in fast-emerging global technology companies such as Eloqua and Achievers, where she was responsible for building out the HR function.
