In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, the needs for learning and development can shift rapidly. How can HR professionals establish a system that can adapt to the changing business demands without constantly changing direction and losing momentum? Enter the Talent Flywheel.

The concept of the Flywheel, as introduced in Jim Collin’s influential book Good to Great, emphasizes the connection between strategy and consistent action, gradual progress, and the accumulation of momentum over time, ultimately leading to significant growth. By embracing a Flywheel approach, HR professionals can build a strong system for attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional talent.

Join Glain Roberts-McCabe, Founder & President of The Roundtable and Aneika Joseph, AVP of Leadership Development for CAA Club Group – Canada’s largest not-for-profile automobile and travel insurance provider – for a discussion on how CCG has created a Flywheel for developing their high potential employees through a multi-year strategic partnership with The Roundtable.

Drawing from a 12-year working relationship, Aneika and Glain will outline the core components that drive the CCG Flywheel, share insights gained along the way, and provide guidance on maximizing the benefits of strategic talent partnerships to yield exponential ROI.
