Summary

...

Research conducted with executive and HR leaders from over two dozen multinational companies reveals a striking paradox: while gathering employee feedback has never been easier, the sheer volume of data makes it challenging to turn insights into action.

In fact, 80 percent of companies report that their current processes for gathering cultural feedback produce little to no actionable results.

In this session, we will discuss reliable methods to leverage modern AI tools to accelerate transformational processes, make sense of large sets of people data, and efficiently empower your workforce to become change agents.

Additionally, we will explore a case study featuring an HR director who has effectively used AI to optimize employee feedback. She will share her experiences regarding the risks, learning curves, and benefits she encountered along the way.
