Rekha Verma Rekha is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Diversity and Beyond Inc., a data-informed and insights-driven end-to-end DEI consulting firm. In a short time since moving to Canada from India she went on to lead DEI at Ernst and Young (EY) and, more recently, at the Johnson and Johnson group of companies in Canada. She serves on the board of Broad Reach Canada, a charity committed to improving social belonging through sailing for equity deserving youth. |

Susan Hunter Susan is Principal and Senior Consultant at Hunter & Associates. She has expertise in Human Resource Management with specialization in equity, diversity and inclusion, pay fairness, gender pay, change management and communication, and employee engagement. Susan is a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) and has a BA from the University of Toronto and a Masters Certificate in Organization Development (MCOD) from the Schulich School of Business. She is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI)®, the premier, cross-cultural psychometric assessment of intercultural competence. Susan has Certificates in Leadership & Inclusion and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace. Susan is a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and is a Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP). |
