Navigating the Transition to the Hybrid Workplace
About This Session
Preparing for the hybrid workplace and a return to the office is a widespread source of stress and uncertainty as the 4th wave of Covid continues. Given that the hybrid workplace is unchartered territory for many, a great deal of leadership preparation is required. Further, it is strategic to use this as an opportunity to transform organizational cultures to become more flexible and human-centric. In this interactive session, thought leaders in organizational psychology will share evidence-based best practices to successfully define and navigate the hybrid workplace and the transitions that many are facing. We will also share case examples and address common fears to help ensure that the transition is as successful and seamless as possible.
