The CIO and CHRO Partnership: Optimizing Technology and Talent for Business Growth

Summary
The role of the CHRO is to drive organizational performance through the power of human capital; the role of the CIO is to drive organizational performance through the strategic use of technology. As technology becomes continually more pervasive, how will the role of the CHRO change? Do organizations need a Chief Performance Officer role? In this interactive session participants will learn how senior HR leaders need to adapt to fully leverage the power of both people and technology to drive organizational performance.
Attendees will:
- Explore the roles of both people and technology in relation to organizational performance.
- Discuss how to ensure HR professionals are seen as business technologists.
- Identify actions to establish a collaborative partnership between HR and IT to break down any silos that exist and maximize the use of human capital and technology
